Packing

Packing your parachute is a great thing to learn to do as soon as you can. It helps you to better understand your equipment, feel more like a "proper skydiver", save yourself some money paying Packers and even eventually earn you some money if you ever fancy helping out or becoming a packer yourself.



There are a couple of ways to learn to pack at Langar:

About LU:ST

LU:ST started back in 2005 as a way for all the university students who jumped at Langar to have people to jump and socialise with at the airfield, even if there was no one from their own uni about. It has become an important part of skydiving at Langar, and although some of the more ‘mature’ skydivers at Langar may on occasion be seen rolling their eyes at our antics, we bring a youthful enthusiasm and lots of skydiving not to mention epic so
